With multiple safety cars leading to teams scrambling to adapt strategies, we wrap up our weekend at the Australian Grand Prix. 2DRK4U starts off in pole, and converts that to a win after a nail-biting fight with Alex, who finishes right after him and continues to build a bigger gap in the fight for WDC. Boaty enjoys the last step of the podium after a brilliant drive through the field, all the way from the back of the grid, which helps him overtake Ed as the leading Williams driver in the WDC. Additionally Parazod also had a good weekend as he finishes in P4, his best ever finish of this season. Behind him, Wes, along with Trex lose a position each due to time penalties, where Wes loses out on the fastest lap of the session by just 7 tenths, whereas Trex does a decent recovery from P10 as he finishes in P6. Furthermore, Stepworks places the leading Mercedes in P7 in an impressive 1 stop strategy, followed by Zuk in P8, matching his best ever finish and helping Alfa Romeo to climb to 9th position in WCC. Moreover, Ziva; after having several displeasing interactions with drivers on the grid, leaves mid race, however, his AI (albeit by blocking many drivers) managed to finish in P9. On a surprising turn of events, Ahyar Babas finished in P10 after a rather bold fighting with a Haas reserve driver for many laps, and Babas lashes out on the reserve in post race interactions for costing him an extra pitstop. Lastly, Ed continues to lead the fictitious leaderboard of most pitstops, as he chooses to lose out on 2 points in order to get the fastest lap of the session, leading to a total of 5 pitstops.
