With a last minute safety car leading to an unexpected turn of events, we wrap up our weekend of the Mexican Grand Prix. Wes lifts the winners trophy with a clean drive, and trails the Driver's Championship by just 6 points. 2DRK4U helps Racing Point get a 1-2 by finishing in P2, and the third step of the podium is grabbed by Snoopmatt, who climbs all the way from P10. Alex breaks his win streak of race wins, and places the leading Haas in P4, followed by a spectacular performance from 2nd-race rookie Moyler, who makes up 9 positions to finish in P5. Additionally, Ed makes a wise switch to fresh softs under the safety car, with which he overtakes and makes his way to a solid P6. On the other hand, Impervious gathers warnings for disqualification from race, as he rakes up 26 seconds of penalty, which pushes him down several positions; to P7. Parazod misses out on benefitting on Impervious's penalty by just 2 seconds and plants the only Alfa in P8, followed by Boaty who trails by further 2 seconds and finishes in P9. On the last step of the points scorers, Stepworks catches a break from scoreless races, and contributes 1 point to the Mercedes team. The last half of the grid is led by Moose in P11, followed by Hideyoshi with the fastest lap time of the race. Furthermore, rookie Cuzozzi gets a rather underwhelming start in his debut race, finishing in P13, followed by Carpo in P14.
