The 17th round of DFE Season 3 was hosted for the first time in Algarve International Circuit, in form of the Portuguese Grand Prix. Tikkzi's move back to his former team RedBull served him well, as the Finnish driver's P1 put himself within fighting distance for 2nd in the Constructors Championship. Alex's P2 and the fastest lap gave Williams much needed 19 points, with JelleMelle closely finishing on the last step of the podium after 7 races. Furthermore, 2DRK4U missed the podium by 0.1 second as the Hungarian climbed from P9 to finish in P4, ahead of Ferrari driver Zadexz who capitalized on his rival's mishap and closed the gap to just 3 points. Likewise starting from P16, EdTheSurvivor's brilliant driving saw him finishing in P6 after a row of disappointing race results. On the other hand, Mercedes reserve driver Chill rather missed out on P6 due to his 9 seconds time penalty, followed by ChunkyCookie who had to settle for P7 despite starting on his best qualifying position of P5. Svenroc managed to finish in the points despite accumulating 15 seconds of time penalties, as a result the reserve driver scored his best race result of P9 in the W12. Lastly the McLaren pair of Parazod and Doctor Zuk crossed the chequered flag in P10 and P11 respectively, as Parazod fell through the traffic due to on-track incidents and Doctor Zuk massing 12 seconds of time penalties.
