The Ferrari reserve driver Fox achieves an astonishing feat, as he drops to last in the first lap, but drives the Prancing Horse all the way upto P5, breathing some life into the Ferrari power unit. Furthermore, despite a worrying spin at the pitlane exit, Ed scores 8 points for the Williams team by finishing in P6, followed by Parazod who gets promoted to P7 due to Moose's 11 seconds of penalty, which drops him to P8. Moreover, JMR drives the Mercedes to P9 after a nail biting last few laps with Zuk, who misses out on the position by just 5 thousanths of a second.
